As Professional Scrum Master you will be a key leader on an entrepreneurial minded team working to define and secure a strong position for Crafting-Codes in the new project adventures. You will have the opportunity to support & leverage the expertise of your team to develop a new product landscape solution from idea to operation. You will lead and guide cross functional development squads leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies and servant leadership to drive team efficiency. You will be responsible for managing timelines, resolving issues, and coaching team members on agile methodologies.
