What to include in your request
To help us handle your request, describe the problem and name the service or app concerned. For an app, please also include:
- its version;
- your device model and its operating system version (iOS, iPadOS or Android).
If you attach a screenshot, hide any personal information unrelated to the issue. Never send us your password: we will never ask for it.
Purchases and refunds
For a purchase billed by the App Store, use Apple’s refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase billed by Google Play, see Google Play’s refund process or write to us for guidance. These procedures do not limit your statutory rights.

The information you send us is used to handle your request, as described in our privacy policy.
